Amanda Lamson has had a great love of tap since the age of 6, and despite taking many other kinds of dance classes, tap has always been her favorite. Mainly a rhythm tapper, she has been teaching for two and a half years and loves sharing her unique passion with students of all ages. She has worked with prominent tappers such as Linda Sohl-Ellison, Gregg Russell, Steve Zee, Sara Reich, and even danced for the legendary Gregory Hines in 2003. Singing is also a long-time joy for her and she has a rich resume of theatrical, choral, and musical theater performances. She holds an AA Degree in Dance as well as a Dance Teacher Certificate and is currently studying to become a resort wedding planner (on the side). Amanda is so thankful for her amazing husband Jeff and the abundant love and support of her parents
